Description of this holiday villa: Villa Racoon

After passing the beautiful church in this lovely village Foixà, you will be wondering where are we going, but after not even a 5 minute drive you can enjoy your amazing holiday home. Villa Racoon!

You can park your car(s) easily on the private parking, get out your luggage and experience that relaxing holiday feeling.

It is all in the amount of space you have with the lovely garden, several terraces, private pool and spacious areas inside the villa. Villa Racoon has been completely renovated, from the kitchen, several bedrooms until the beautiful living areas, with its "cave" where you just hide away with a nice book and a glass of good wine for example or for the kids... to relax!

When you enter you Villa you will find yourself in the very complete kitchen, a real get together area to start the day or to end one of your relaxing days! So if you like to cook, you can really let your imagination go! On this same level your will find a master bedroom and en suite bathroom on the left side of the house, a separate toilet in the hall way and a few step down and you find yourself in this amazing living area with the TV-corner in the cave, which we mentioned to you before! From the living area you just step out through the sliding doors into the lounge area where you for sure will be passing a lot of hours together and create those unforgettable holiday memories!

Taking the stairs up you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms, all of them spacious and with a double bed and 2 complete bathrooms (one with a bath and separate shower). And of course lovely features also upstairs.

Don't waist anymore time and try this amazing place, the surroundings we haven't even mentioned them, but through the gate in the garden you walk straight into the beautiful hills behind your holiday home where you can have one of those early morning walks for example... and enjoy the sunset!

The following special conditions apply for this holiday villa:

■ A deposit of 500 euros and tourist tax has to be paid to the owner in cash at arrival.

This accommodation is available for families and groups with a minimum average age of 24 years.
For groups there is a deposit of € 125 per person and the rent of bed linen is required.
The accommodation is located in a residential area, so it is important to respect the surroundings. Therefore, loud music and parties are not allowed, and quiet should be maintained between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All our villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself. Remarks Wat een prachtige villa is dit! Rustig gelegen op een heuvel met een schitterend uitzicht tot aan de Middellandse zee, maar toch niet afgelegen, de (lange) oprit is midden in het dorp Foixà. Niets of niemand gehoord: door de ligging heb je geen buren, je zit midden in de natuur. De tuin is bijzonder mooi en ruim. Meerdere terrassen met goede tuinmeubelen. De villa is van binnen ook prachtig. Wij hebben de afgelopen jaren mooie vakantieadressen gehad, maar voor het eerst denken we: dit is een plek om terug te komen!
