Just 300 meters from the stunning Fenals beach, this charming villa offers spacious terraces and a delightful private saltwater pool. Relax in the covered lounge area by the pool, where you'll also find a convenient bathroom.

The terrace below the pool is perfect for sports activities like basketball, football, or badminton. On the villa's level, you'll discover a spacious terrace with a cozy barbecue area and dining facilities. The ground floor features the kitchen, living room, one of the six bedrooms (with bunk beds), and a toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find the other five spacious bedrooms, some with access to a balcony, and no less than three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The bedrooms are equipped with individual beds, and there are a total of two bunk beds.

At the villa's entrance, you'll have access to a spacious garage where the lift is located. The lift is available on request, especially for families.
