Villa Lloret: Your Perfect Vacation Spot

Villa Lloret is built on a large plot, allowing you to enjoy plenty of privacy. This beautiful villa features three spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms with both a shower and a bathtub.

From the generous hallway, you step directly into the large living room, which opens onto a spacious and covered balcony. Here, you can relax in the shade with a glass of wine! From the hallway, you also access the three bedrooms and two modern, fully equipped bathrooms. Additionally, there is a spacious, open kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, and a granite countertop.

The villa offers plenty of space, both inside and out. Through a small gate, you reach the very spacious communal private pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), surrounded by a large garden and palm trees. Only guests of Villa Lloret and a small apartment complex have access to this pool. Outside, there is a cozy terrace with a stone BBQ, where you can enjoy wonderful moments together. There is ample private parking available.

Take the sandy path and within 5-10 minutes, you’ll find yourself at the beach and in the lively center of Lloret de Mar!

The accommodation is located in a residential area, so it is important to respect the surroundings. Therefore, loud music and parties are not allowed, and quiet should be maintained between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Remarks CostaCabana a été très réactif pour nous trouver cette maison en last minute et c'est le gros point positif de cette location. La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse, située non loin de la plage, et assez agréable à vivre. Une piscine commune, très esthétique et bien pensée, est accessible à quelques mètres de la maison.

Remarks De villa is groot en erg netjes, loopafstand naar stad klopt 500 meter maar naar de strip is wel verder voor ons gevoel. Service was erg duidelijk en in het Nederlands. De stoppen gingen er bij ons door maar een sms sturen en even later stond er iemand om het te regelen.
