About Villa Pilar:

Villa Pilar offers a unique accommodation experience, situated at the end of a picturesque sandy path. This grand house is perfect for large groups of friends or family and consists of five apartments and two charming studios. Each unit features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a kitchenette and sitting area, ensuring privacy and comfort. Enjoy the freedom to unwind or sleep in at your leisure.


Layout of the Villa:

- Ground Floor: Here you will find the central apartment with a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area, complete with a television for watching DVDs (no TV connection). This apartment has two sleeping areas, each suitable for two people, and a bathroom. The adjoining terrace has recently received a new cover, making it the perfect spot for a cozy barbecue or a game of cards at the long table with the entire group.

- Studios:To the right of the central apartment is one of the two studios, featuring a living/bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. This studio offers direct access to the front of the garden. The second studio, with a charming wooden ceiling, is located on the first floor.

- Apartments: On the first and second floors, you will find four apartments, each with a separate bedroom for two people and a sofa bed in the living room, suitable for two additional guests. Each apartment has a covered balcony with seating, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The accommodation is located in a residential area, so it is important to respect the surroundings. Therefore, loud music and parties are not allowed, and quiet should be maintained between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Remarks It was our fifth stay in Casa Pilar and I must say that each time it is getting better and better. This year was really very pleasant as the chief lady was replaced by a very nice young man who was extremely polite and did his best to make our vacation happy. This time there was no mold smell in the house, there were no cuts of hot water, almost no unpleasant smells. Just the boiler in apartment 3 leaked. This year there were almost no ants, only in apartment 3. Wifi worked better this year as well.

Remarks It's a big spacious villa with 7 independent apartments which allows 7 different families to enjoy united holiday and yet to have enough privacy. It's 5 minutes walk to the nicest sandy beach, 5 minutes walk to Caprabo supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The communal swimming pool is really big, clean, well-maintained, surrounded by nature. The villa is located far enough from night life and touristic rush, it's quite private, with lovely views on the trees.

Remarks The villa is located quite close(less than 10 min.slow walk) to the clean sandy beach with transparent water, the nearest supermarket Caprabo with rich choice of goods and attractive prices is just 5 minutes walk away.1 minute walk to the cleanest communal pool. All the apartments, except 2 small ones, are newly renovated and conform to the high european standards. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Casa Pilar.
