Imagine stepping into a beautiful house that's super close to the beach. To enter, you take the stairs up. This house is perfectly furnished for six people and offers everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

In the cozy living room, complete with a dining table, you can step out onto the lovely terrace at the front of the house. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views while sipping a delicious sangria or an authentic Spanish Rioja wine.

The kitchen is located at the back of the house and leads you to the garden. Here, you can fully enjoy the beautiful, sunny weather by your private pool (6m x 4m). It's wonderfully peaceful, and the villa offers you plenty of privacy.

Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are at the back of the house; one has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The bedroom at the front features a balcony with stunning sea views!

A great advantage of this house is the very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava: Cala Canyelles. Here, you'll find an excellent restaurant and a cozy beach bar. The beach at Canyelles is not only beautiful but also safe for children. The beach bar offers refreshing drinks and delicious cocktails, while the restaurant next door is perfect for a tasty lunch or dinner.

For watersport and fishing enthusiasts, there's plenty to do. Or you can simply enjoy the delightful Spanish climate and the sea for a refreshing dip. This house is your ideal base for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava!

Remarks Het huis is niet luxe maar de basis is heel prettig. Goede bedden. Goede badkamer, fijne waterdruk, fijne keuken met inductie kookplaat, grote koelkast. Zwembad loopt van hoog naar laag in diepte. Diepste punt is +/_ 1.80.
